Refund policy

All Teresa Roche Textiles fabric and wallpaper is printed to order and is considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on fabric or wallpaper.

We strongly encourage customers to order swatches before purchasing and to carefully verify all order details, including colorway, fabric ground, wallpaper type, measurements, and quantities.

All orders are inspected prior to shipping. Please notify us of any discrepancies, defects, or damage within 15 days of receiving your order so we can review and address the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights customers may have under applicable law.
